And Growing...

Today I am 22 weeks and 3 days along. Over half way! Baby Schmidt has grown a lot since the last post (and so have I!). Here is a comparison of my tummy at 19 weeks, 3 days and today at 22 weeks, 3 days...

                             

Since my last post we've had some exciting firsts!

• I started feeling baby kick at 17 weeks!
• We had our comprehensive ultrasound at 19 weeks, 3 days and got to see the little one do all sorts of tricks! (see video & pix below)
• Dan felt the baby move at 21 weeks and now we can both SEE the kicks from the outside! Pretty neat.

Our ultrasound was incredible. The baby sure changed a lot since the first ultrasound at 10 weeks. We were told the baby is very healthy and measuring a week farther along! At almost 20 weeks, the baby weighed about 12 oz. (weight of 3 sticks of butter)! So despite all this sickness, baby is getting plenty to eat...what a miracle.
